		From 16 August till 20 August 2008 in mountains of Kirghizia on Issyk coast within the limits of festival “Planetary Eye” the Center of Classical Yoga was hold a seminar, on a theme “Traditions in yoga”.

		On 8 June 2008 the instructors and an active of the Center of Classical Yoga has made pilgrimage in Kentsky mountains to excavation of an ancient Buddhist temple. Kyzyl Kent. Were fulfilled small puja to this sacred place, and as collective meditation.

		On Bright Easter Sunday, the 27th of April, 2008 at Samarkand water storage (near Fedorovka village) Swami Akhilesh Saraswati with the instructors of the Center of Classical Yoga officiated a rite of water purification. Waters for the rite were brought from four places: 1. India. Prayag – a place where three rivers interflow. These rivers are: Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati. Usually at this place a great occasion, called Kumbha Mela, is celebrated. Usually it is held with 12 years periodicity, but that time the holyday was unusually powerful. Such occasion is celebrated once a hundred and forty four years. Water was filled at the moment when hundreds of sadhu, Himalayan yogis took ablution. 2. India. The Holy river Ganga – in the vicinity of Varanasi town, the town of Shiva, one of the most ancient towns in the world. Along the whole bank of Ganga every day from the very morning till the late at night rites and Divine Worships happen, hymns, devoted to Ganga are sung. Water was filled eight years ago, at usual day. 3. Jerusalem. Consecrated water from the Holy Church of Christ. 4. Water from different springs, filled during Muslim pilgrimage and consecrated by imams. While reading mantra Om ( the most natural sound of the Universe) and Mahamrityandjaya mantra (Mantra, overcoming the Death), particles of holy waters were poured into the waters of Samarkand water storage by the hands of the Guru. Offering incense kept the general background of the rite. Similar rite was officiated in Kyrgyzstan, on the south shore of Issyk Kul, on the opening day of the Festival “Planetary Eye” under the direction of V. Marusich in 2007. Representatives of Muslim and Christian confessions officiated a rite that symbolized the Unity of Nature's soul with a soul of a man through water - a powerful informational conductor. Waters of Samarkand water storage assumed sound vibrations of mantras, voiced in ancient language Sanskrit and blessing through waters from holy places from spiritual leader of the Center of Classical Yoga - Swami Akhilesh Saraswati's hands. Thanks to this rite spiritual space of our town became appreciably cleaner and more joyous.
		22, 23 may Swami Akhilesh met with Govinda Swami Maharaj who had arrived in Karaganda with a program “Magic of Sound”.

		On 14 August on coast of lake Issyk Kul Center of Classical Yoga gave seminar «Yoga is…» Yoga Sutry Patanjali – main script of Yoga all of time
		From 22 till 28 April the instructor of one of the oldest European centers of Yoga, from France (a province Brittany) has visited in the Center of Classical Yoga. This Center has joined movement Satyananda-Yoga more twenty years ago. The purpose of visit is to study an operational experience of schools of future mums and baby-yoga for use in the activity.
		On April 26 director of the Center of Classical Yoga of of Karaganda Swami Akilesh had taken part in the press conference organized into Astana by Embassy of India in Kazakhstan, the Prana Yoga the Center and some other establishments. Press conference has been devoted to the 15-anniversary of an establishment of diplomatic relations between India and Kazakhstan. At press conference there were correspondents practically from all central mass media of Kazakhstan, and also other countries accredited in Astana. In the evening of the same day the big concert has taken place in the Presidential cultural center of Astana.
		On April 27 under the initiative the Prana the Yoga of the Center had taken place in Astana a meeting and conversation of director of Center Swami Akilesh with those who has shown interest to the Indian culture, to the most ancient system of self-improvement to Yoga, to activity of the Karaganda Center of Classical Yoga.
